Dividend Declaration by M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc
M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc (the “Company”) has announced an interim dividend of 2.15 pence per Ordinary Share. This is the second interim quarterly dividend for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
According to the Company's prospectus dated 26 September 2018, the directors applied the 'streaming' regime to part of the dividend. The payment is designated as follows:
1.54p per Ordinary Share as Interest Distribution.
0.61p per Ordinary Share as Dividend Distribution.
The total dividend per Ordinary Share amounts to 2.15p.
Shareholders on the register by 2 August 2024 will receive the dividend on 23 August 2024. The ex-dividend date is 1 August 2024.
