Diversified Energy Declares Third Quarter Dividend

Diversified Energy Company PLC has announced a 29 cents per share interim dividend for the third quarter ending September 30, 2024. The record date for the dividend is set for February 28, 2025, with payments scheduled for March 31, 2025. While the default currency for the dividend will be the U.S. dollar, shareholders have the option to receive payments in sterling. To opt for sterling, shareholders must submit a currency election form by March 7, 2025. The sterling value per share will be announced two weeks before the payment date.
