Discovery Lithium Inc. Acquires Key Claims in Northern Québec

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 14, 2024 / Discovery Lithium Inc. (CSE:DCLI)(OTCQB:DCLIF)(FRA:Q3Q0) has finalized an agreement to acquire Sakami and Radisson East Lithium Properties in the James Bay lithium district.

The properties span over 89.7km² and are centered around Guyer greenstone structures, known for high-grade lithium-bearing pegmatites. These extensions represent promising targets for future exploration.

The acquisition terms include 2,000,000 shares to be issued in two tranches and a 2% net smelter returns royalty interest for the vendor. Completion is conditional upon acceptance from the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Discovery Lithium's CEO, Mike Hodge, highlighted that this acquisition enhances the company's strategic position in lithium exploration.
