Discovery Lithium Inc. Acquires Eagle Lake and Whitefish Lake Mining Claims

Discovery Lithium Inc. (CSE:DCLI)(OTCQB:DCLIF)(FRA:Q3Q0) has completed its acquisition of the Eagle Lake and Whitefish Lake mining claims, located approximately 350 km northwest of Thunder Bay, Ontario. These claims comprise 2,923 mineral claims covering around 61,093 hectares.

The acquisition terms include the issuance of 2,000,000 common shares to Zimtu Capital Corp. and a cash payment of $432,778.50 within 180 days of closing. Additionally, the company granted a 1% net smelter returns royalty interest to Zimtu and assumed third-party payment obligations from Zimtu's previous acquisition of the claims.

This strategic move aligns with Discovery Lithium’s focus on advancing regional lithium discovery and contributing to domestic energy freedom.
