Discovery Lithium Inc., a Canadian exploration company, has announced a non-brokered private placement. The company aims to raise up to $1,350,000 by issuing 18,000,000 units at $0.075 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.10 per share for 24 months.

The gross proceeds are intended for general corporate purposes and working capital. The offering is contingent upon receiving necessary regulatory approvals. Discovery Lithium also mentioned the possible payment of finder's fees.

The securities issued will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day. This announcement supersedes the offering disclosed on July 19, 2024.
