Discovery Lithium Announces Financing for up to $1,000,000

Discovery Lithium Inc., a Canadian exploration company, has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 6,666,667 units at $0.15 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one-share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the holder to acquire one common share at $0.20 per share over 24 months from issuance.

The proceeds from the offering aim to fund general corporate purposes and working capital. The closing of the offering is contingent on regulatory approvals. Finder's fees may also be paid in connection with the offering. All securities issued will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day according to applicable laws.
