Disclosure of the Number of Shares and Voting Rights as of 30 June 2024

Nantes (France) – 3 July 2024 - 6.00 pm - Lhyfe (Euronext Paris - FR0014009YQ1 - LHYFE), an independent green hydrogen producer for low carbon industry and mobility, has disclosed the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital as of 30 June 2024, in compliance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

As of 30 June 2024, Lhyfe's share capital consisted of 47,943,848 shares. The total theoretical number of voting rights amounted to 82,148,101, while the exercisable voting rights stood at 82,070,044. This discrepancy is attributed to the 78,057 treasury shares held by the company, which are without voting rights.
