ESPG AG Welcomes Emil Koch Group to Science Park North43 in Cologne

The European Science Park Group (ESPG) has announced a new tenant for Science Park North43 in Cologne. The Emil Koch Group, a venerable entity in electrical installation and plant construction, has leased approximately 1,600 square metres. This deal underscores ESPG’s strategy of focusing on future-oriented industries.

Markus Drews, a board member of ESPG AG, emphasized the significance of this partnership. The Emil Koch Group will occupy 627 square metres of office space and 980 square metres of logistics area. ESPG is investing in upgrading the space to align with the tenant's needs, marking a notable development for the Cologne site.

This lease agreement is pivotal in repositioning Science Park North43, further enhancing its appeal to companies in innovative sectors. ESPG's comprehensive approach highlights its commitment to maintaining high standards and fostering dynamic business environments.
