Dexus Appoints Varya Davidson as Independent Non-Executive Director

Dexus Finance Pty Limited has announced the appointment of Varya Davidson to the Board of Dexus Funds Management Limited as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 February 2026. Ms. Davidson brings 30 years of experience with a background in senior executive roles at PwC Australia and Strategy&, specializing in energy transition, innovation, and sustainability. Her international and domestic experience across varied sectors stands out as key assets for the board.

Warwick Negus, Chair of the DXFM Board, expressed confidence in Ms. Davidson's ability to contribute valuable insights into the Australian energy and sustainability sectors. Currently, she also serves as a Non-Executive Director of APA Group and holds several committee roles. Ms. Davidson holds degrees in science and law from the University of Sydney and an MBA from INSEAD. She will stand for election at Dexus’s Annual General Meeting in October 2026.
