Dexus Finance Announces Results of 2024 Annual General Meeting

Dexus Finance Pty Limited has disclosed the outcomes of its 2024 Annual General Meeting, held on October 30. The key resolution regarding the Remuneration Report was not approved, with 25.47% voting against it, marking a second strike under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Consequently, a Spill Meeting will not be necessary as Resolution 5 was defeated.

However, other resolutions were successfully passed. These included the appointment of a new External Auditor and the approval of three Independent Directors: Peeyush Gupta AM, Warwick Negus, and Mark Ford. The company emphasized its ongoing commitment to engage with Security holders to address any remuneration concerns.
