ARX Robotics and DEUTZ AG Aim for Strategic Partnership

DEUTZ AG and ARX Robotics have announced their intention to form a strategic partnership focusing on digitalized drives and unmanned defense systems. DEUTZ, a provider of sustainable mobility and energy solutions, is set to strengthen its role in the ecosystem for unmanned defense systems, particularly unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs).

As part of this collaboration, DEUTZ plans to lead a funding round for ARX Robotics. The partnership will see DEUTZ's drive systems integrated into ARX’s unmanned systems, initially utilizing battery-powered drives before expanding to include combustion engines and hybrids. They will also link ARX's Mithra OS software to DEUTZ systems.

This alliance aims to enhance NATO forces' capabilities, offering improved scaling, reliability, and field flexibility. Additionally, ARX will benefit from DEUTZ's global production network, aiding rapid order fulfillment.
