Deutsche Wohnen Publishes Preliminary Results for 6M 2024

Berlin, August 1, 2024. Deutsche Wohnen SE has released its preliminary results for the first six months of 2024. The company reported an Adjusted EBT from continued operations of €281.4 million (€0.71 per share). However, the revaluation of the portfolio led to a negative fair value measurement of investment properties amounting to €-518.5 million.

This revaluation contributed to a decrease in the net asset value (NAV) to €16,676.1 million, corresponding to a NAV per share of €42.01. The final numbers for this period are expected to be published on August 6, 2024.
