Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG Engages GPEP for Property Management

On 21 May 2025, Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG announced the appointment of GPEP GmbH to manage its real estate portfolio in Germany. This strategic partnership will see GPEP take over asset, property, and transaction management. The initial phase of the collaboration, which involves transaction management, begins immediately. The full mandate is set to commence on 1 October 2025.

GPEP brings extensive expertise in retail property management, boasting a portfolio of over 450 properties valued at approximately EUR 2 billion. Their role will be vital in executing Deutsche Konsum's portfolio strategy, particularly in managing and structuring asset transactions. This long-term partnership aims to support the company's ongoing portfolio transformation and overall strategic goals.
