Frankfurt/Main, 6 August 2024. Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) is acquiring a controlling interest in UNITY AG, a management consultancy specializing in digital transformation. The acquisition aims to enhance DBAG’s portfolio in the IT services and software sector. Post-closing, the UNITY Innovation Alliance will retain a significant economic interest, ensuring strong shareholder alignment. The deal, pending antitrust approval, is expected to close by Q3 2024. UNITY AG, ranked 14th by Lünendonk® in 2024, serves major clients like AIRBUS and Mercedes-Benz. With nearly 400 employees across 14 locations, it reported over EUR 72 million in revenue for 2023. UNITY AG's holistic consulting approach has fostered an average annual growth rate of 13%, outpacing the German market’s 7%.
