DEMIRE Lets Around 1,900 m² to FrontWell in Bad Vilbel

On 18 September 2024, DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG announced the lease of approximately 1,900 m² in Bad Vilbel to FrontWell Solutions. The lease term is five years. FrontWell Solutions specializes in manufacturing digitalization and IT projects globally.

The Bad Vilbel property offers a total area of 27,600 m², characterized by its good accessibility via public transport and the B3 federal road. Main tenants include Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien, Bad Homburger Inkasso, and Brother.

Thomas Hildebrandt, senior asset manager, remarked on the property's transformation from a high vacancy rate since its purchase in 2019 to nearly full occupancy. This development makes the property a key asset for DEMIRE in the Rhine-Main region.
