Delivery Hero Shareholders Welcome New Supervisory Board

Delivery Hero SE announced a new Supervisory Board at its 2024 Annual General Meeting. Shareholders have approved the proposals of the Supervisory Board Nomination Committee, which include the formal expansion from six to eight members to enhance expertise. The new board members underscore the company's commitment to employees and sustainable growth.

The Supervisory Board now includes Kristin Skogen Lund, former CEO of Schibsted, as the Chair, Dr. Martin Enderle, Roger Rabalais, CEO of Prosus Food Delivery, and Scott Ferguson, Managing Partner of Sachem Head Capital Management. Each brings a wealth of experience aimed at fostering profitability and operational excellence.

Three employee representatives, Gabriella Ardbo Engarås, Nils Engvall, and newcomer Isabel Poscherstnikov, were also elected to the board. This move highlights Delivery Hero's dedication to incorporating diverse perspectives in its governance. A fourth member will be elected by the company's SE works council.

The company expressed its gratitude to the outgoing members for their significant contributions, which have been crucial in achieving profitability and market expansion. Delivery Hero continues to lead the global food delivery industry, operating across 70 countries.
