Delivery Hero Announces New Supervisory Board Nominees for Upcoming AGM

Delivery Hero SE, a leading global delivery platform, has declared its nomination of four candidates for the Supervisory Board, set for election during the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 19 June 2024. This announcement was made following a detailed evaluation by the Supervisory Board’s Nomination Committee, which proposed expanding the board from six to eight members to complement the company's growth.

The nominees include Kristin Skogen Lund, expected to be the new Chair, Dr. Martin Enderle aiming for re-election, Roger Rabalais, who will likely assume the Audit Committee's Chair, and Scott Ferguson, poised to join the Strategy Committee. The expansion aims at enhancing the board's diverse skills, crucial for overseeing the company’s strategic execution and operational evolution in over 70 countries.
