DÉKUPLE announces the acquisition of Ereferer by Rocket Marketing

On July 9, 2024, the DÉKUPLE Group announced the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Ereferer, a platform specializing in automated Netlinking, by its subsidiary Rocket Marketing. This transaction strengthens Rocket Marketing's position in the Brand Content market, and more specifically Netlinking.

Ereferer, created in 2014, offers self-service solutions for optimizing digital marketing strategies. It references more than 65,000 blogs and media, making it easier for advertisers to find relevant spots in France and internationally.

With this acquisition, Rocket Marketing will offer two complementary solutions: RocketLinks, combining artificial intelligence and human intervention, and Ereferer, a fully automated self-service platform. Each will continue to operate independently.

This acquisition allows the DÉKUPLE Group to consolidate its position as a technological leader in the field of data marketing in Europe.
