Declaration of Purchases of Own Shares by VINCI
From 24 to 28 February 2025, VINCI SA purchased its own shares in accordance with the authorisation of the General Meeting of 9 April 2024. These transactions are in accordance with EU Regulation No 596/2014. During this period, a total of 420,669 shares were acquired.
Transactions were made on various exchanges, including AQEU, CEUX, TQEX and XPAR. The average weighted acquisition price was EUR 109.9955 per share. Each day saw multiple transactions, with the highest volume occurring on 24 February with a total of 41,823 shares on the XPAR exchange.
