Debt reduction and new financing for Sirius Media
Audiovisual player Sirius Media announces an agreement in principle to reduce its debt by €30 million. This initiative includes the renegotiation of debt related to the acquisition of Triple A and Sirius Media Production, following the disappointing results of the film "Zak and Wowo: The Legend of Lendarys." The group plans to settle the balance of €1 million, divided into seven installments.
In addition, the group is launching a convertible bond financing with a potential €4 million from Atlas Capital Markets. This financing aims to support the company's ongoing operations and growth. However, this approach carries potential risks of shareholder dilution and share price fluctuations.
