Dateline Resources Fully Funded for Colosseum Gold Project Study

Dateline Resources Limited has announced its financial readiness to complete the Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) for its Colosseum Gold Project in California. With cash reserves amounting to $1.95 million, expected to reach $2.3 million following a payment from the Udu Copper Project sale, the company is strategically prepared for this next phase.

Recent warrant exercises have raised approximately $1.1 million, reinforcing shareholder commitment and strengthening Dateline's financial position. The BFS is progressing as planned, with ongoing metallurgical test work and a focus on mineralization potential from both gold and rare earth elements (REE).

Dateline Resources is also preparing for an uplisting to the OTCQB Venture Market in Q3 2025, aiming to enhance its visibility within the U.S. investment community.
