DATAGROUP Announces Management Board Reorganization for Growth Enhancement

DATAGROUP SE is restructuring its management to support a new phase of growth, effective April 30, 2024. CFO Oliver Thome is departing to pursue a new opportunity, and CEO Andreas Baresel will assume his duties. This consolidation leaves DATAGROUP’s management board with two members: Andreas Baresel and Dr. Sabine Laukemann.

The company plans to bolster its management structure by adding two new divisional board members to enhance its capabilities in IT services and prepare for the demands of future technologies like AI and cloud computing. Mark Schäfer will now lead the Production division, while Alexandra Mülders will continue to focus on sales and organic growth of the CORBOX units.
