PT Danantara Investment Management Opens Registration for Waste-to-Energy Partners

In Jakarta, PT Danantara Investment Management (DIM) has announced the opening of registration for partners in developing waste-to-energy (WtE) power plant projects, known locally as Pengolahan Sampah Menjadi Energi Listrik (PSEL). This initiative supports the Indonesian government's goals to tackle urban waste and accelerate energy transition, aligned with Presidential Regulation No. 109/2025.

The program establishes a verified providers list (DPT) to pre-qualify companies with strong financials and technical expertise. DIM has also appointed an independent agent to ensure transparency in this process. Entities, both local and foreign, can participate if their countries have diplomatic ties with Indonesia.

The submission window runs from March 25 to April 25, with technical discussions set for March 26 and April 1. These sessions are not mandatory but are aimed at clarifying technical requirements.
