Damartex / Results for the 2023-2024 financial year
Damartex closed the 2023/2024 financial year with a turnover of 529.2 million euros, down 9.9% compared to the previous year. Operating EBITDA improved to 9.6 million euros, compared to 4.4 million euros last year.
The Fashion division generated sales of €396.2 million, while the Home & Lifestyle division generated €99.2 million. The Healthcare division generated sales of €33.7 million.
Despite these improvements, Damartex's net result remains negative at -36.0 million euros, impacted by non-recurring events and interest costs. The working capital requirement nevertheless improved significantly thanks to a reduction in inventories.
For 2024/2025, Damartex is focusing on improving the profitability of its divisions and developing the image of its brands, while pursuing its objective of reducing its carbon footprint.
