Changes in voting rights at Damartex as of October 15, 2025

Damartex has reported its monthly data on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF Regulation. As of October 15, 2025, Damartex's share capital comprised 11,598,300 shares. The gross total of voting rights amounts to 15,605,182, while the net total, after removal of shares deprived of voting rights, is 15,261,402. This variation is attributable to the loss of double voting rights for certain shares, without any impact on the shareholding by the concerted effort.
