Dalata Hotel Group PLC Announces Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Dalata Hotel Group PLC disclosed a series of transactions involving key personnel under the EU Market Abuse Regulation. Dermot Crowley, the Chief Executive Officer, Sean McKeon, the Company Secretary and Head of Risk & Compliance, Shane Casserly, the Corporate Development Director, and other undisclosed personnel have exercised options under the 2020 Dalata Hotel Group plc Sharesave Scheme. Each individual retained all shares obtained through this scheme. The transactions took place in Dublin, Ireland, on March 8, 2024.

The shares exercised by Dermot Crowley, Sean McKeon, Shane Casserly, and others were Dalata Hotel Group plc Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each, identified under the code IE00BJMZDW83. In each instance, the exercised price was €2.28 per share, with a total volume of 7894 shares for each of the mentioned personnel. This notification is in compliance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse.
