Cypher Metaverse Inc. Completes Private Placement Financing

On July 25, 2025, Cypher Metaverse Inc. announced the successful closure of its non-brokered private placement. The company issued 219,125 units at $0.32 per unit, raising a total of $55,120. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant, with the latter allowing the purchase of an additional common share at $0.40 over two years, subject to certain conditions.

Cypher paid finder's fees amounting to $409.60 and issued 1,280 finder's warrants under the same terms as the financing warrants. Proceeds will be used for working capital and potential acquisitions. The shares and warrants will be under a hold period under CSE regulations.
