Cypher Metaverse Inc. announced the acquisition of securities by Jock McDermid and Elaine McDermid. As of September 21, 2026, both investors purchased 278,030 Units each, at $0.33 per Unit. Each Unit comprises one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.45 until 2028.

Jock McDermid's holdings increased to 673,030 common shares and 593,030 warrants, representing 10.32% of common shares. Elaine McDermid now holds 660,530 shares and warrants, representing 10.13% of shares. Their acquisitions, on a partially-diluted basis, represent 17.50% and 18.26%, respectively.
