CYBERGUN: Update on share capital and voting rights

On December 9, 2024, CYBERGUN communicated its total number of voting rights and shares constituting its share capital. As of November 30, 2024, the company has 7,192,259,468 shares and 7,202,094,758 theoretical and exercisable voting rights.

Since the beginning of the year, CYBERGUN has issued numerous shares under its ORABSA program, with a notable increase during the months of May and August 2024, reaching 267 million and 627 million shares respectively.

This financing strategy risks significantly diluting existing shareholders and putting downward pressure on the share price, following rapid sales of shares by the new beneficiaries. Investors are therefore encouraged to exercise caution.
