CALIBRE organizes its General Assembly and considers digital assets
On October 13, 2025, CALIBRE, a company active in the shooting sector, announced the convening of its shareholders to a Combined General Meeting scheduled for November 18, 2025. At this event, shareholders will have to approve the annual accounts for the 2024 financial year and decide on a statutory amendment allowing investments in digital assets such as crypto-assets, crypto-tokens and cryptocurrencies.
This approach is part of a strategy of gradually divesting civilian assets and focusing on more profitable sectors without heavy investment. CALIBRE aims to optimize its cash flow for the benefit of its shareholders. Finally, investors are reminded of the caution related to the circulation of stock warrants (BSA) and the risks involved.
