CYBERGUN announces a final bond issue of 0.19 MEUR as part of its equitization program
On July 15, 2024, CYBERGUN, a global player in recreational shooting, announced the completion of a bond issue of 0.19 MEUR. This issue was fully subscribed by the Trust in accordance with the current equitization program.
This program began with the issuance of ORA-BSA in December 2022. The Trust, set up by CYBERGUN, is responsible for converting the ORA into shares, then selling these shares on the market. This process is followed by the subscription to several successive issues of dry bonds (OS).
The announced fundraising does not lead to the issuance of new BAEs. This bond issue constitutes the last intervention of this type by the Company.
