CYBERGUN accepts EVIKE's offer for the sale of its civil division
On July 17, 2024, CYBERGUN, a specialist in recreational shooting, selected EVIKE's offer for the acquisition of its civilian division, generating 21.3 million euros in turnover in 2023. After examining the three proposals received, CYBERGUN opted for the partner offering the best valorization potential.
This decision is part of the continuity of collaborations between the two entities since 2020, including the exclusive distribution of products and the creation of the Evike-europe.com site.
The transaction, valued at over 10 million euros, will take place over three years. CYBERGUN will inform the market of progress, including the signing of a partial asset contribution agreement in the third quarter of 2024.
This sale will allow CYBERGUN to support the development of its military division.
