Custodian Property Income REIT Reports Positive Interim Results

Custodian Property Income REIT plc announced strong interim results for the period ended 30 September 2025. The company showed robust operational performance, driven by active asset management and substantial valuation growth. Custodian REIT's rent roll increased from £43.9m to £45.9m, mainly due to lease renewals and new lettings.

The firm's NAV per share rose by 2.9%, with continued valuation growth for the fifth consecutive quarter. The occupancy rate improved to 92.2%, and a fully covered dividend of 6.0p per share was maintained. The company also completed strategic acquisitions and disposals to boost earnings and secure future growth.

Total like-for-like portfolio valuation increased by 1.9% to £625.0m, contributing to a 6.0% NAV total return. The acquisition of a £22.1m portfolio via a corporate acquisition further complements Custodian REIT's diversification strategy.
