Cureus Grows and Expands Its Value Chain

In the second quarter of 2024, Cureus GmbH, a leading property company specializing in care homes, has made significant progress. They completed 272 care and assisted living units, and began constructing 248 new units. The company has also expanded its value chain by acquiring a stake in PECURIA, enhancing their ability to sell care apartments individually.

Cureus continues targeted property acquisitions and selective sales to maintain liquidity for future projects, with a notable focus on North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, Lower Saxony, and Schleswig-Holstein. Additionally, the fourth sustainability report for 2023 was published, highlighting the company’s ongoing commitment to ESG principles.

CEO Christian Möhrke emphasized the company's dedication to growth and innovation amidst a stagnant market, with planned expansions set for the second half of 2024. The portfolio now includes 67 leased properties, with numerous projects under construction and in planning.
