CTS EVENTIM Reports Growth in Q1 2026
CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA has begun 2026 with a strong financial performance. In the first quarter, the company recorded a 23.0% rise in consolidated revenue, reaching EUR 613.5 million, and an 18.5% increase in adjusted EBITDA to EUR 118.9 million. The adjusted EBITDA margin remained stable at 19.4%.
The Ticketing segment saw a modest growth of 2.5% in revenue to EUR 219.0 million, with an adjusted EBITDA increase of 1.2% to EUR 89.8 million. The Live Entertainment segment experienced substantial growth, with revenue up by 38.3% to EUR 403.6 million and adjusted EBITDA soaring by 151.1% to EUR 29.1 million, driven by successful tours and events.
CEO Klaus-Peter Schulenberg emphasized the company's ongoing success due to international cooperation and strong partnerships.
