CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN INDUSTRIES extends the validity of its BSA until 2030
Crypto Blockchain Industries (CBI), listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announces the extension of the validity period of its A and B share subscription warrants (BSA) until March 31, 2030. Initially scheduled to expire on March 31, 2025, these BSAs were issued in February 2024. This decision aims to support CBI's ambitious strategy in the field of crypto-assets.
The BSA A and B are listed under the ISIN codes FR001400O416 and FR001400O408 respectively. However, CBI recalls the uncertainties surrounding its projects, stressing that the volatility of crypto-assets could impact its financial performance. Investors are therefore warned of the potential risks.
