Crossing thresholds at Ubisoft Entertainment

On July 19, 2024, Ubisoft Entertainment received a threshold crossing declaration from HSBC Holdings Plc. According to this declaration, dated July 15, 2024, HSBC Holdings Plc, through its subsidiaries, reduced its stake in the capital and voting rights of Ubisoft below the threshold of 5%.

HSBC Holdings Plc now indirectly holds 5,560,014 Ubisoft shares, representing 4.36% of the capital and 4.01% of the voting rights. This reduction in participation results from an off-market sale of shares. The shares are distributed among several entities of the HSBC group, of which HSBC Bank Plc holds 4,992,318 shares.

The HSBC group also has bonds convertible into Ubisoft shares, exercisable until 2028 and 2031, which could potentially increase their shareholding.
