Crossing of thresholds by Morgan Stanley at CLARIANE
On September 23, 2024, Morgan Stanley announced that it had crossed downwards the thresholds of 5% of CLARIANE's capital and voting rights. This information was sent by mail to CLARIANE, listed on Euronext Paris. The crossing took place on September 17, 2024, via the subsidiary Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc.
Following an off-market share sale, Morgan Stanley now holds 4.99% of CLARIANE's capital and voting rights, or 17,752,215 shares. The subsidiary also stated that it holds 15,127,206 shares via a "right to recall" contract and 521 bonds convertible into shares.
