Crossing of thresholds by BlackRock in the capital of ALSTOM

On June 7, 2024, the company ALSTOM published a declaration of crossing thresholds, in accordance with article L. 233-7 of the commercial code. The company BlackRock, Inc., acting on behalf of its clients and funds which it manages, crossed the thresholds of 5% of ALSTOM's capital and voting rights on June 6, 2024.

BlackRock now holds 19,412,840 ALSTOM shares, representing 5.05% of the company's capital and voting rights. This crossing is the result of acquisitions of shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.

For reference, ALSTOM's capital is composed of 384,291,068 shares, and BlackRock has indicated that it has the discretionary power to exercise voting rights, unless expressly requested by its clients.
