Crossing of threshold by BlackRock in Publicis Groupe
On June 3, 2024, Publicis Groupe SA announced that BlackRock, Inc. fell below the threshold of 5% of its capital. This change was noted on May 31, 2024.
BlackRock, acting for its clients and funds, now holds 4.99% of the capital and 4.54% of the voting rights of Publicis Groupe, or 12,696,960 shares. This crossing results from a sale of shares on the market and the reduction of shares held as collateral.
Assets under management by BlackRock that include Publicis Groupe shares include ADRs, contracts for differences without maturity and loan-to-borrow shares. BlackRock also holds 1,129,099 shares on behalf of clients who have retained their voting rights.
