Crossing of Threshold by Baillie Gifford For SOITEC

Edinburgh-based Baillie Gifford & Co. has notified that it has crossed upwards the threshold of 5% of voting rights at SOITEC, according to a declaration received on May 16, 2024. This follows the purchase of shares on the market on May 14, 2024. Baillie Gifford now holds 6.44% of the capital and 5.05% of the voting rights of SOITEC. The action was carried out on behalf of clients and funds under discretionary management. The threshold crossed meets the regulations of Article L. 233-7 of the Commercial Code, relating to reporting obligations in the event of crossing thresholds.
