Crossing of threshold by Amundi Asset Management at Verallia
On June 27, 2024, the company Amundi Asset Management declared that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of the company Verallia. This announcement comes following a sale of Verallia shares on the market carried out on June 25, 2024.
Amundi, acting on behalf of FCPE Verallia, now holds 3,638,361 Verallia shares representing 7,148,766 voting rights. This corresponds to 3.01% of the capital and 4.99% of the voting rights of Verallia.
It is specified that this operation is carried out completely independently by Amundi Asset Management, a limited company 70% owned by the Crédit Agricole group.
