Crossing of significant threshold by Flat Footed LLC in CLARIANE SE

On April 26, 2024, Flat Footed LLC, an American portfolio manager, officially crossed the thresholds of 5% of both the capital and voting rights of the company CLARIANE SE, listed on Euronext Paris. This increase results from the acquisition of shares on the market. Currently, Flat Footed LLC manages a total of 5,712,154 shares representing 5.34% of CLARIANE SE shares.

The holding structure includes 4,055,872 shares under the FF Hybrid LP fund and 1,656,282 shares under the management of the GP Recovery Fund LLC. In addition, Flat Footed LLC holds bonds potentially convertible into shares of CLARIANE SE which could increase their participation in the future, notably 344,258 odirnanes and 90,467 oceanes, with exercise dates extending until 2027.
