Creditshelf AG Completes Asset Sale to Teylor AG

Frankfurt am Main, May 6, 2024 – Creditshelf Aktiengesellschaft announced the successful completion of its asset sale to Teylor AG. This transaction involved nearly all significant assets and the operating business of Creditshelf. The sale was finalized following the opening of regular self-administration proceedings by the Frankfurt am Main Local Court on May 1, 2024.

The closure of this transaction comes with the approval of trustee Dr. Robert Schiebe and the provisional creditors' committee. The proceeds from the sale are earmarked to satisfy Creditshelf's creditors post procedural costs settlement. Although the exact sum to be distributed to the creditors is yet to be confirmed, it is expected to be a significant portion of their claims.
