Crédit Mutuel Insurance defines its strategy under the new presidency of Nicolas Govillot
Nicolas Govillot takes over as chairman of the board of directors of the Crédit Mutuel Insurance Group (GACM), with the ambition of developing all of its markets in France and Europe. He succeeds Pierre Reichert and is supported by Éric Petitgand, Isabelle Soubari and Loïc Guyot. The “Ensemble Performant Solidaire” strategic plan will be its main line of action.
Govillot, after joining the group in 2020 and heading the financial department, is now in charge of general management of ACM IARD and ACM Vie. His presidency follows a period of strong growth under Reichert, with a turnover of 13.9 billion euros and a net profit of 831 million euros in 2023.
Govillot's objectives include expansion into the individual, professional and agricultural markets, reaffirming the group's mutualist commitment. The ambition is to insure 8 million banking customers, by improving the offer and quality of services, particularly through digitalization and innovation.
