CREDIT AGRICOLE SA August 2024 Share and Voting Rights Statement

In accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the AMF General Regulations, Crédit Agricole SA has published its share and voting rights data for August 2024. On August 29, 2024, a capital increase was noted.

The total number of shares making up the company's capital is now 3,041,031,027, as is the total number of voting rights. At the time of the last declaration in March 2024, these figures were respectively 3,025,902,350.
