Crédit Agricole SA unveils its ambitious ACT 2028 plan

Crédit Agricole SA has presented its ACT 2028 strategic plan, aimed at consolidating its leading position in Europe and strengthening its presence in the transitions and technologies sector. The company targets 60 million customers and plans to generate 60% of its revenue internationally. By 2028, the group expects to achieve net income of €8.5 billion and a return on tangible equity exceeding 14%.

The plan is based on several pillars, including expansion in Europe and Asia, and the strengthening of digital services. Emphasis is also placed on innovation, with the creation of a Data Marketplace and the increased use of artificial intelligence. Crédit Agricole aims to intensify its efforts in the ecological and digital transitions.
