Crédit Agricole SA, registered under number 784 608 416 RCS NANTERRE, has published its declaration of shares and voting rights for the month of October 2025. The company, whose headquarters are located in Montrouge, has a capital of 9,146,365,623 euros.
As of October 31, 2025, Crédit Agricole SA had a total of 3,048,788,541 shares. This same date also marks 3,048,788,541 theoretical voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is reduced to 3,024,984,521 due to shares deprived of voting rights.
This declaration is part of the legal obligations imposed by Article L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF Regulation.
