Crédit Agricole de Normandie Seine: Distribution of Audit Fees 2024
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Normandie Seine has announced its statutory auditor fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Fees paid to PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG Audit FSII amount to €132,000 and €144,000, respectively. These amounts include various services, primarily financial statement certification. PricewaterhouseCoopers allocates 64% of its fees to this certification, compared to 63% for KPMG.
Certification of sustainability information (CSRD) also represents a significant share: 30% for PwC and 28% for KPMG. Services other than financial assurance are lower, with a rate of 6% for PwC and 9% for KPMG. These data underscore the importance of compliance and sustainability in financial auditing.
