CRCAM Brie Picardie – Buybacks according to article 5 of the MAR Regulations
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie, a cooperative company with variable capital and a credit institution, has carried out several share buybacks in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. These operations took place between August 19 and 23, 2024.
A total of 5,707 shares were repurchased on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR) at prices ranging from EUR 17.11 to EUR 17.34 per share. The majority of these transactions were executed through Kepler Cheuvreux SA. The identification code of the financial instrument concerned is FR0010483768.
Each repurchase aimed to fund a societal project initiated by the Regional Fund. The repurchases were aggregated daily with a maximum volume of 4,005 shares repurchased on August 20.
